How do I log in to the customer portal?

Click the “Log In” button above to be directed to your Steelhead portal. Use the credentials provided in your email invitation. If you haven’t received an invitation, please reach out to us at info@guerrero-pt.com

What information can I view in the portal?

You can see real-time updates on your order status, download certifications, access invoices, and view documents like packing slips and shipping details.

Who do I contact if I forget my login credentials?

You can use the “magic link” option or reset your password directly on the Steelhead login page. If you still need help, please email us at info@guerrero-pt.com for support.

Will I be notified when my order status changes?

Yes. Once logged in, you'll receive real-time updates. Some customers may also receive automated emails when their order is marked as shipped or ready for pickup.

What if I never received an invitation to the portal?

Most customers will receive an invite from us directly. If you haven’t, you can request access
through any document we’ve emailed (e.g., invoice or certification), or by clicking the portal login
and following the prompt to request access.

Is my information secure in the portal?

Yes. Steelhead only grants access to verified customer emails. Our team manually approves all requests to ensure data privacy and secure communication.
